CDL / Driver Position:  We run Monday through Friday on a tenured drivers dispatch order.  This gives you the opportunity to advance quickly based on your skills, performance, and attitude.  Saturday is a half day with a rotating schedule allowing for time off.  Winter can be part-time working into full-time with the chance of mandatory overtime starting late spring into early fall.  Application includes a job description.

Benifits:  At this time we offer to pay half of an employees medical insurance issued by the company.  Full coverage of families is available at expense to the employee.

CDL/Driver Positions Requirements: (Application Form)

• At least 1 1/2 years CDL driving and manual transmission experience, will train on mixer.
• Class B CDL or higher (Non-OR license holders will be required to reissue to OR within a month)
• Current Medical Card
• Good understanding and ability to communicate both verbal and written
• Basic mathematical skills
• Residing within forty-five min. of the plant in Molalla, OR
• Knowledge of Clackamas, N. Marion, and Multnomah Counties a plus
